YOGA

Our Yoga classes are a fundamental part of Bayside Fitness. We know a relaxed and focused mind is the best way to ensure long lasting results. Join us in the warm and calming Zen room for our Vinyassa based flow classes, suited to all levels. Each Yoga class is 50 minutes long and is suited to all levels. Our Lululemon Yoga mats are available to purchase at reception.

 

STS

Our Strength Tread Sled (aka STS) Classes take place daily on our main gym floor. Our trainers rotate focus on different areas of the body daily to ensure you are getting your full-body workout throughout the week. STS classes include a Dynamic mobility warm up, Cardio High-Intensity Interval Training, Strength Training and Running, Walking and Sled push on our state of the art Technogym Treadmills which are among the best in the world. Each STS class is 50 minutes long and suited to all fitness levels.

 

RUNNING

CIRCUITS

Our Circuits class incorporates cardio and resistance training using a mixture of our cardio machines such as the Skierg, assault air bike, rower machine, kettlebells and free weights. With 8-10 stations of different exercises, this class guarantees an efficient full-body workout for all levels. Circuits takes place in the disco room and each class is 50 minutes long.
