OUR CLASSES
YOGA
Our Yoga classes are a fundamental part of Bayside Fitness. We know a relaxed and focused mind is the best way to ensure long lasting results. Join us in the warm and calming Zen room for our Vinyassa based flow classes, suited to all levels. Each Yoga class is 50 minutes long and is suited to all levels. Our Lululemon Yoga mats are available to purchase at reception.
PILATES
Our Pilates class is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. This helps to improve general fitness and overall well-being. Similar to Yoga, Pilates concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility. Pilates with Rachel takes place in the Zen room twice a week and each class is 50 minutes long.
STS
Our Strength Tread Sled (aka STS) Classes take place daily on our main gym floor. Our trainers rotate focus on different areas of the body daily to ensure you are getting your full-body workout throughout the week. STS classes include a Dynamic mobility warm up, Cardio High-Intensity Interval Training, Strength Training and Running, Walking and Sled push on our state of the art Technogym Treadmills which are among the best in the world. Each STS class is 50 minutes long and suited to all fitness levels.
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
Our S&C class includes a wide range of exercises which focus on mobility, strength, mind, speed and performance which will encourage your body to build strength and burn fat efficiently. This is a class your future self will thank you for! Strength & Conditioning class is on in the Disco room and each class is 50 minutes long!
CIRCUITS
Our Circuits class incorporates cardio and resistance training using a mixture of our cardio machines such as the Skierg, assault air bike, rower machine, kettlebells and free weights. With 8-10 stations of different exercises, this class guarantees an efficient full-body workout for all levels. Circuits takes place in the disco room and each class is 50 minutes long.
LUNCHTIME HIIT
HIIT - High Intensity Interval Training. Quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, active recovery periods. This class is great for burning body fat, maintaining a high heart rate and keeping cardiovascular system healthy. Our lunchtime HIIT classes are on every Tuesday & Thursday in the Disco room and each class is 50 minutes long!
